🎯 THE ROLE
• Running FOH — sometimes solo — in a small but lively restaurant
• Greeting, seating, hosting, and looking after guests
• Managing bookings, table timings & the flow of service
• Communicating clearly with chefs (allergies & menu tweaks matter!)
• Handling phone orders, online orders, walk‑ins & delivery drivers
• Opening, closing & keeping the space looking beautiful
• Using initiative during quiet moments
• Helping train new staff
• Opportunities to work on new projects (including our art side)
🧩 WHAT YOU BRING
• Hospitality experience
• Polite, personable, professional energy
• Strong time‑management & multitasking skills
• Common sense & initiative
• Ability to run a full restaurant solo
• Physically active (stairs are part of the deal)
• Cocktail/coffee knowledge = bonus points
🕒 HOURS
• Weekend availability essential
• Full‑time or part‑time considered
• Long‑term commitment only
